We found Todd by a chance meeting as we were looking at lots for sale in a development, in the pouring rain,where Todd happened to be showing a house that he had built.  We stopped in and viewed his spec home and asked if he would come down the street with us to see what he thought of a suitability of a lot down the street.  Todd did not hesitate even though we had just met him and thought the lot was great.  He left his number and we later contacted him and worked with him and an architect to design the house that Todd would build. 

Through the process Todd's building knowledge had been very helpful.  We worked endlessly together on ideas and if there ever was a concern with something in the process, Todd was very fair about working out the details to resolve the issue.  Todd is very responsible and views each of his homes as an extension of himself.  He is very proud of his work and stands buy it.  We have asked him to come back a few times for touch ups which he does without fail.

He is very conscientious and hard working and if we ever build again, we would not hesitate to use his expertise.  As a matter of fact, we have recommended him to others every chance we get.
