Each of our homes is designed from scratch combining the input of our clients with the expertise of our professional designers and our years of building experience. Todd Mason is a hands-on builder and understands the difference that one-on-one customer service lends to the homebuilding process. You’ll find Todd on-site daily personally managing our projects and he is never more than a phone call or email away. Our commitment to our clients is evident. Often, we’ll hear from clients we’ve built for years ago requesting additions. Todd Mason Homes is based in Hinckley and we build throughout North Central Ohio. We build 5 to 6 custom homes per year so that we may provide the personal one on one attention that our clients deserve. 				About Todd Mason Todd has been active in the homebuilding business since the time he was old enough to pick up a hammer. His father was a builder in the Toledo area, and Todd learned every aspect of the building industry working with him. By the time he was 19, he was running the remodeling end of his father’s company. In 1995, Todd relocated to this area and began building on his own. Todd Mason is a hands-on builder. He is a skilled draftsman and sketches many of his own plans until the final phase of design when he consults an architect to help bring his clients vision to life. Todd brings over 23 years of building experience to the table and his commitment to client satisfaction is evident in every home he builds.
